In the restaurant of the delightful Romantik Hotel Residenz am See, chef Markus Philippi and his team cook up modern, seasonal dishes using excellent ingredients. You can compile your own set menu of up to six courses from a list of options or simply dine à la carte – the choice is yours. Options include Kalbstafelspitz (veal rump cap), beetroot, horseradish, potatoes. At lunchtime, there is a two- or three-course surprise menu. As for the space: a tasteful and elegant interior, plus a wonderful terrace commanding a view of Lake Constance. Friendly service. Tip: From April to October, they hold monthly wine evenings ("Winzerabende"), at which a four-course set menu is served with corresponding wine pairings.
