Diners can sit at the counter overlooking the kitchen, at the bar, at high tables or in one of the booths. Floor-to-ceiling windows mean the space is flooded with natural light during the day. Dishes are freshly prepared with great care and technical skill. Mouthwatering examples include poulet noir with swede, cabbage and capers, or golden trout with borscht broth, sweet pepper, lángos and chervil. Lunch features a streamlined menu with daily specials; in the evening, there is a four-course set menu and an appealing à la carte selection.
