Located at Parkhotel Bremen, this restaurant occupies an elegant conservatory overlooking the Bürgerpark and the lake (Hollersee). Frank Seyfried, previously at Gotthardt's in Koblenz, runs the kitchen, serving up a contemporary take on classic cuisine.
