This establishment in a 19C coaching inn has been a family affair since 1992, run by Fabienne and Philippe Arnault with their daughter and son-in-law, Cécile and Sébastien Provendier. Tuck into a fillet of pike-perch with cabbage and beurre blanc sauce or venison medallions with a mirabelle plum jus. The pleasant interior, inspired by the Sologne, looks out onto the inner courtyard. Shaded terrace for sunny days.
