Particularly noteworthy for its impressive location within the exclusive Les Pardines 1819 boutique hotel, which itself enjoys a stunning setting at an altitude of 1,600 metres, this is a perfect option for winter sports fans as it is just five minutes from Grandvalira, Andorra’s largest ski resort. The restaurant, occupying an independent building in a truly unique natural space, is overseen by chef Oscar Villaba, who is responsible for the meticulously curated and traditionally inspired à la carte plus a tasting menu that requires booking in advance. The aim, in his own words, is ‘to transfer a piece of the landscape to each dish'.
