What was once the US Embassy overlooking Grosvenor Square is now The Chancery Rosewood hotel, and among its restaurants is this London outpost from revered sushi master Masayoshi Takayama. The original modernist style of architect Eero Saarinen has been retained, resulting in a stylish, relaxing space; sit at the seven-seat sushi counter for an omakase experience or at one of the many tables, where you can choose from an extensive menu of contemporary Japanese dishes. Luxury abounds in the ingredients, including the signature toro with caviar.
