This location between Holzhafen and the Altona Fish Market can be aptly described as "typically Hamburg". The restaurant of the Henssler family stands amid countless fishmongers and seafood shops. The decor is minimalist and chic, and the atmosphere is informal and lively. In the 20m-wide kitchen, a diverse range of modern sushi creations are prepared, as well as dishes such as "Atlantic cod, black cod-style" or "US rumpsteak tataki".
