At a slight remove from the town centre, this quiet little restaurant lays out its own fresh vision. Working with quality ingredients, the chef has a perfect command of cuissons and seasoning. The result is original, colourful fare that is as carefully prepared as it is tasty: black pudding, onion tarte tatin and mesclun salad; beef cheek confit in red wine and carrot fondant.
