25 acres of gardens and grounds surround this wonderfully restored art nouveau mansion house – and it is here that they grow, raise and rear all of the produce that is served in the dining room. If it’s in season, you will find it on the menu, from an incredible array of fruit and vegetables to game. They cure their own meats, use their own wheat for the bread, and their beer is an artisan brew. You can also stay overnight in this gloriously peaceful spot.
