Cuttlefish, broccoli, mint, pistachio; Tokyo turnip, ghormeh sabzi, black lemon, endive jus; duck, onion, turnip and pepper farce, blackberry, beetroot… The inventive cuisine of Michaël Gamet (with a stint at L'Astrance under his belt) is packed with striking colours and flavours that pack a punch (not least fermented or candied ingredients and condiments that add intensity to the dishes); it also echoes the travels that have undoubtedly shaped the chef's palate. Another passion is art, as hinted at by the "Ettore", "Sottsass" and "Memphis" menus, a tribute to avant-garde Italian designer Ettore Sottsass. In the attractive interior, antique details meet contemporary geometric design; service with a smile contributes to the friendly atmosphere.
