Old school family favourites set the culinary scene including pizzoccheri della valtellina and fettuccine al ragu, unless you wouldn’t rather sample paccheri al dente in a rich tomato sauce enhanced by shitake mushrooms, parsley, fennel-laced sausage and lashings of parmesan?
