Lovely wooden floorboards, a rustic old wooden ceiling and mullioned windows blend seamlessly with modern decor to create a wonderfully atmospheric space. There is also a gorgeous terrace in the courtyard. You can choose between a four- to eight-course set menu and a small but carefully curated à la carte selection. Classics such as char with horseradish sauce or braised ox cheeks appear alongside more refined creations like venison with sweetcorn and hazelnut. The service is very friendly, attentive and competent, and the wine recommendations are spot on – the wine list is predominantly Austrian.
