He won the title for best cassoulet Toulousain in 2023 with his indulgent casserole of lingot beans, Toulouse sausages and artisanal pork rind sausages, pork belly, snout and ears, duck confit, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, tomato, spices etc. You can even buy a jar of it to enjoy at home!
