Nestled in the heart of Ghent's Patershol neighbourhood, Nonam has an authentic and cosy ambience with a touch of vintage charm. After stretching out in one of the luxurious guestrooms, pop into the the restaurant, where the set menu presents a playful take on fusion cuisine. The chef transforms his grandmother's rice pudding recipe, for instance, with exciting textures of apricot and a koji-based ice cream. Or he boldly combines beetroot, blue cheese and umeboshi. The selection of fine wines, by the bottle and by the glass, has plenty of gems in store.
