Wine takes front stage in this pretty farmstead with a courtyard patio and warm lights twinkling indoors. In addition to adorning the walls, it is above all the passion with which the wine is served that sets the scene. Burgundy takes pride of place on the wine list, a genuine bible. The chef adds subtle, modern twists to traditional recipes, underscoring tuna tartare with Asian accents, for example, while the sole meunière is quite simply the summum of textbook perfection.
