The young and talented chef Valentina Maioni brings passion and excellent products to recipes revisited with imaginative touches, proving herself equally at ease with both meat and fish (excellent is the turbot with rosemary bean cream and mussel stew), while not forgetting to include some intriguing vegetarian preparations on the menu, such as the zucchini ravioli with provolone fondue, marinated zucchini, and zucchini blossom powder.
