The Cervo Valley has its romantic refuge: La Bursch, a wonderful village tastefully converted, thanks to an entire family’s passion, into a structure dedicated to sustainable hospitality. Inside is the eponymous restaurant, guided by the very young chef Erika Gotta. In its spaces, enhanced by furniture and fabrics collected by the owners over the years, with soft lighting and very welcoming service, you breathe an almost magical atmosphere. The dishes showcase the territory’s finest ingredients in carefully prepared presentations – like the precision of the beef Wellington – beautifully presented and lightened with a modern touch.
