Steeped in history, Gut Panker is a truly idyllic spot. The tranquil estate is the epitome of rural charm and is also known as a Trakehner stud farm – it forms the perfect backdrop for Hotel & Restaurant Ole Liese. The motto "Sunday cooking. Every day" underpins a menu of regional seasonal fare, which is served in the cosy, rustic interior, or out on the lovely terrace in summer. In addition, the estate's pretty café in the old night watchman's lodge serves coffee and cake from 2-5pm, and on Sundays, brunch is available by prior reservation. Overnight stays are possible in stylish, individually decorated guestrooms.
