The views extend from the lake to the mountains in this informal restaurant, where windows into the kitchen allow guests to watch the chefs busy at work. The menu features creatively reinterpreted, classic-style dishes, with the option of choosing between meat and fish, while the delicious bread comes from the Bottega del Gusto in Porto Ronco. At lunchtime, there’s a bistro-style menu with lighter but equally delicious options such as salads, antipasti and primi, hamburgers, club sandwiches, baked seabass and grilled Tomahawk steak. There’s also a lounge bar plus a wine bar of the same name, the latter offering an interesting array of labels (also available by the glass), as well as cocktails which are a perfect pairing for the dishes on offer. Given the restaurant’s superb location, the tables on the terrace are much sought after in summer, so it’s best to book ahead! Three luxury apartments are also available if you’d like to extend your stay here.
