Located in the city centre, on the Old Town side of the Inn River, this is a compact restaurant with clean, modern decor. Working in an open kitchen, the chefs craft two distinct set menus – one vegetarian, the other with meat and/or fish. The cuisine is ambitious, rooted in classic culinary tradition yet refined with modern techniques. Select ingredients go into harmoniously flavoursome dishes such as "Alpine prawn, Swiss chard, peanut, plum" and "venison, porcini, spinach, berbere".
