Guests come to Nerina time and time again to enjoy excellent Trentino produce, such as the casolèt cheese, Valsugana maize and mortandela salami, as well as its authentic house specialities, often made with ingredients from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden and occasionally with influences from elsewhere in Italy.
