This restaurant will undoubtedly surprise you, as it is an architectural and culinary oasis that lights up the serene Dão wine region like… a true beacon at night! Through two tasting menus (Lemos and Chef), Chef Diogo Rocha delivers a creative cuisine built on traditional foundations, centred around the produce of this region as its cornerstone. Here, flavours are honoured, techniques are explored, and whenever possible, products from the estate itself or small local producers are used, following seasonal availability. The superbly spacious, modernly designed, fully glazed building captivates with how it blends into the surrounding vineyards, inviting you to take in the splendid views and unique sunsets. The wines used in the pairings, of course, come from the estate’s own cellar.
"Our daily goal is to use all the natural resources from our farm estate as well as to source ingredients from local and organic producers in line with seasonality. Another continual objective is to reduce waste and to optimise the use of renewable energies."
