The restaurant is located at Quinta do Seixo, home to the iconic Sandeman Port wines, on the banks of the Douro and surrounded by century-old vineyards. Here, you can pair one of the available wine experiences with a memorable meal bearing the signature of renowned chef Vasco Coelho Santos. The menu reflects seasonality and regional produce, with fire shining both on the grill and in the wood-fired oven, turning out traditional dishes with a contemporary twist, such as Barriga de porco, pork belly, with beans and a courgette-and-pineapple salad, or the crisp Croquete de Choco, cuttlefish croquette, with prawn salad and coriander. The space is open daily, lunchtime only!
