This charming restaurant in the Rote Wand Gourmet Hotel serves traditional Austrian cuisine at its best, whether it's a perfectly souffléd Wiener schnitzel, delicious Buttermilchschmarrn (shredded, fluffy buttermilk pancake) or fabulous fondues! Diners can also look forward to cordial service and an extensive and well-curated selection of wines. At lunchtime, dishes are served à la carte, including fondue chinoise (Swiss-style hot pot) and cheese fondue. In the evening, culinary tradition is presented in appealing set menus. Compose your own two-, three-, or four-course meal from a range of options, or select one of five fondue set menus.
"Regional sourcing is central to our cuisine, with 85% of our ingredients coming from the immediate vicinity. But in terms of sustainability, we take significant steps beyond that! We have developed our own sustainability strategy. This encompasses our architecture, our energy production, our strict waste sorting system and our entirely ecological water sourcing.
