Right on the ski slope, close to the gondola lift station, this mountain restaurant enjoys a prime location – and that, of course, means spectacular views of the peaks from the terrace. Inside, diners soak up the cosy Alpine atmosphere of the charming chalet-style decor. The establishment is run by brothers Alessandro and Sergio Grand, with the latter fulfilling chef duties, crafting modern Alpine cuisine from select ingredients. Highlights on the menu include marinated char with duck tartare, Horu cheese fondue and Luma Black Angus burger, as well as their own take on a classic apple strudel, dubbed "An Apple a Day". Excellent wine selection and friendly service. They open for lunch five days a week in summer and every day in winter. In addition, there are evening events in winter: "Cheesy Tuesday" and "Schnitzel Thursday". The restaurant is part of Chalet MARMO, should you wish to stay overnight.
