Fifty kilometres upstream and downstream along the Meuse River is the area where this terroir cuisine sources its ingredients. This is an ode to Limburg products that are given every opportunity to shine. Whether the chefs are giving langoustines a boost with a “Limburg” bouillabaisse or accompanying local lamb with oriental seasonings such as a pastilla of lamb neck with spices, you can expect refined dishes with lively and cosmopolitan nuances that accentuate the local richness.
