Set in the lovingly restored Raffles Europejski Hotel, this sophisticated restaurant boasts a terrace overlooking the historic Piłsudski Square and is the place to be in the summer. A charcoal grill is used to good effect on prime produce ranging from Dover sole to fillet of beef, with classic Polish dishes, as well as pasta and soup selections, also on offer. To drink, try their own specially distilled vodka or pay a visit to the Long Bar, a version of the Raffles Singapore original that birthed the Singapore Sling.
